06/25/2004 Focus Announces the Addition of MVP Kidz Club Program Focus Group has formed Metro Village Pacesetters, Inc., a not for profit entity, for the purpose of implementing our new MVP Kidz Club, an enrichment program focused on providing fun educational activities for the children of our residents. This program is currently being implemented at our Kingsley Village and Eastwood Village communities, and will also be in operation at Monterey Village, our newest development due to begin leasing in July, 2004. Each MVP Kidz Club is staffed with highly qualified individuals, and offers weekly summer camp programs, as well as after school programs during the school year. The program places an emphasis on entertaining activities that promote a sense of pride, accountability and responsibility in the children, and also offers tutoring by local high school students, arts and crafts and a movie room. Focus is dedicated to our residents and the communities in which they live. In addition to providing quality homes and a sense of community, we are constantly striving to promote ways of enriching the lives our residents and their families.
