09/15/2005 Focus Announces Groundbreaking on Land in Summerville, South Carolina Focus has acquired approximately 24 acres in Summerville, South Carolina for the purpose of constructing 180 apartment units, to be known as Farmington Village. Total project costs are anticipated to be approximately 20.5 Million. Regions Bank made the acquisition and development loan to the venture, with a 100% takeout by Protective Life at completion.
