10/03/2005 Focus Announces Groundbreaking on Land in Savannah, Georgia Focus has acquired approximately 23 acres in Savannah, Georgia for the purpose of constructing 176 apartment units, to be known as Fenwick Village. Total project costs are anticipated to be approximately 21 Million. RBC Centura was the construction lender for the venture and Merrill Lynch was participating debt lender.
