01/14/2003 Focus Group Announces Acquisition of Oakwood Village Focus Group is pleased to announce the November 2002 acquisition of Oakwood Village Apartments, a 184 unit, luxury apartment community, located in Chamblee, Georgia. The acquisition price was $11,150,000. iCap Realty arranged a ten (10) year acquisition loan in the amount of $9,100,000 from Fannie Mae. The Seller, Simpson Housing, was represented by Apartment Realty Advisors. The community, built by AG Spanos, was completed in 1982.
