06/25/2008 Focus Construction Update FOCUS DEVELOPMENT, INC. (FOCUS) continues construction on two multi-family housing projects. ATLANTA-FOCUS continues its new construction work on Fenwick Village II in Savannah, Georgia and Magnolia Village in Jacksonville, Florida. Construction for both projects began in fall 2007. Both multi-family communities will host one, two, and three bedroom units, and will feature fitness centers, extra-large swimming pools, as well as spacious clubhouses with up-to-date business centers. Fenwick Village II will include 172 units with Magnolia Village including 168 units. Both projects are scheduled for completion in the fall of 2008.
