01/02/2004 Focus Announces Grounbreaking on Land in Jonesboro, Georgia Focus has acquired approximately 32 acres in Jonesboro (Clayton County), Georgia for the purpose of constructing 198 garden apartment units, to be known as Monterey Village Apartments. Total project costs are anticipated to be $12.4 Million. AMSOUTH made the acquisition and development loan to the venture, with a 100% takeout by Protective Life at completion.
